Battle golf course in the heart of 1066 country provides a challenging 9 hole golf course for experienced golfers. We also provide 3 star Bed Breakfast accommodation and full restaurant facilities.

English & Golf Lessons in Battle, East Sussex

Battle Golf Club offers the "complete package" to students wishing to improve both their English and Golf skills. We tailor-make courses to suit your requirements and budget and offer a fun and relaxed atmosphere in which to learn!

English Language Lessons with emphasis on speaking and communication take place in the mornings followed by Golf Tuition in the afternoons with time to learn, practice and play under the watchful eyes of our instructors.

All materials and equipment are included.

All courses include cultural activities and a day trip to the city of London.

Accommodation

For School/College Groups – Carefully selected host family accommodation where students are immersed into traditional family life on a full board basis.

Generally a maximum of two students are placed per family.

Adult and Professional Students- Hotel or Guesthouse accommodation is widely available or you may prefer a specially selected home-stay with local family.

Transport

We arrange all Transportation from/to London Airports or Ferry Terminals

15 Hours English Language Classes with 5 Hours Golf Tuition per week

The student already has an intermediate level of English with the opportunity to study and improve, classes are in the mornings with structured golf tuition and practice taking place during the afternoons

This course offers an ideal introduction to golf and covers all the basics of the game.

Suitable for students aged 12+

Intermediate Course
15 Hours Intensive English Language with 5 Hours Golf Tuition per week

Students wishing to improve and develop fluency skills follow a carefully structured programme focusing on grammar, spoken and aural English.

Classes are in the mornings with golf tuition and practice taking place during the afternoons

This course is for golfers who know the basics and are looking to develop the core mechanics of their game.

Suitable for students aged 14 +

Executive Course

English and Golf Lessons available from Battle Golf Club. The focus of the executive course is on the use of English for specific purposes for the business or working environment. Students needing to expand and develop their fluency for work purposes participate in courses specifically tailored to their unique profession.Focus is on the use of English for specific purposes for the business or working environment.
